I am so exceedingly happy with the service received with Keringa-Petwings in transporting my dear Sunny to the UK. I was extremely nervous about the whole procedure from the beginning, but the service received was outstanding. They answered my every question and explained everything so comprehensively and patiently.
When she was in the kennels the day before her flight, I received regular updates to share that she was eating and was doing well. I must also add that I was unsure at first as the quote received from Keringa-Petwings was R15k less than another company which the vet also recommended. Everything was explained and tallied up and there were no surprise expenses down the road. I cannot recommend them enough. Sunny was received in great shape, and I can only thank you for caring for her as well as we did. Thanks very much! 5-Star service!
